British, hard-hitting funk-infused Metal hailing from London - Est. 2016
With little more than a year’s worth of action as a band, No Worth Of Man are no strangers to the live music scene… with over 200 shows under their belt as their former hard-rock-quintet setup, a change in musical direction and the hunger to succeed is what brought on the creation of No Worth Of Man.
Founding members, Alex Punchard (guitar/bass/synth) Pete Gale (Lead vocal) and Gareth Lucas (drums and percussion) who first worked together in Hard rock quintet, Distance to Fault (Casket Records) Re-Formed in May 2016 after a 5-year break from Music, and as the newly formed No Worth Of Man, their mission is to create a hard hitting, funk infused, aggressive stance on modern metal.
Working with such producers as Dave Chang (Earthtone 9, Stamping Ground, Orange Goblin) and Fredrick Nordstrum (Soilwork, BMTH, Dream Evil) has allowed this trio to develop their writing ability to a level that clearly shows in their recently self-released EP Initium Novum.
Becoming a 3 piece was a difficult decision to make for this London based band, due to the complexity’s involved with writing metal, but it was a challenge that they relished. Born from necessity due to uncommitted members, No Worth of Man now utilise modern technology to its full potential, which means they are constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible in an exciting and rewarding way.
In recent months, while writing new material for their debut record, No Worth Of Man have been working hard to secure gigs and tours to bring their sound to the masses, resulting in the signing to worldwide agency Metal Music Bookings & Management.
Stay tuned for news coming your way!
